Robert joins Vista Verde after spending time honing his skills at two other high end guest ranches in Colorado. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, Robert has a passion for creating gourmet fare with a ranch flair. His love of fly fishing and rock climbing make working in the mountains a natural fit.
