Michael is a truly gifted chef--he moves with ease between the genres of traditional Euoprean, classic American, barbecuing and smoking, and contemporary fusion fare. His exceptional dishes are matched by his creativity and engaging and warm personality. We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Michael back for his second season at WTR for 2009!
