Dinners are set menus that always include a main course, vegetables, bread, salad, and a home made dessert. Main courses include steaks, ranch chicken, beef & vegetable kabobs, stroganoff, barbequed ribs, and more! Dinners are served family style and are all you can eat!

We have a variety of home made desserts ranging from cookies for lunch (wait for the orea balls or neapolitan cremes), to Rifle Triffle, Blueberry Cheese Pie, hot fudge sundaes (home made fudge or carmel sauce), and more.
LIQUOR
Coulter Lake does not have a liqour license but you are welcome to bring your own. You can also let us know what you like and we can have it waiting in your cabin for you!
Lunches are set menus that include such items as burgers or brats, enchiladas, chicken salad on fresh fruit, chef salads, or club sandwiches. There are plenty of side dishes and desserts!
Breakfasts are made to order with eggs any way you like, your choice of regular, blueberry, or chocolate chip pancakes, and ranch style french toast! There is always plenty of coffee, juice, and breakfast treats!
