Dinners vary from family-style, to adult fine dining to outdoor BBQ. Main entrees guests can expect: beef, pork, salmon and buffalo. Alternatives for kids are available at every meal.

Vegetarian meals are available as are special meals for any dietary needs. We can handle all food allergies as well.
DESSERTS
We make everything homemade! The favorites run from our amazing brunch cinnamon rolls, to our yeast breads, to our fresh apple pies. Enjoy cookies, brownies and bars after every lunch and don’t be surprised to find a few baked goods delivered to your room after a busy day!
LIQUOR
Beer and wine are served with most dinners. Feel free to bring anything you like into the dining room. We will happily pick up liquor/alcohol that you might need when we do our town run.
Lunch is served in a variety of locations. Enjoy burgers by the pool, family style dining including selections of sandwiches, salads, soups and fresh fruit. Some days you may find yourself eating fajitas trailside. Boxed lunches are available anytime for hiking, or day trips.
Enjoy hot entrees, eggs to order and our amazing breakfast bar. The breakfast bar includes fresh fruit, homemade granola, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, cereals, yogurts, melons and juices.
