Appetizers and cocktails are served weather permitting on the deck overlooking the orchards at 6:30 PM. Parents of small children may request that their children are fed around this time with a special childrens' menu. Ranch Dinner is served on a buffet and family style at 7:30 PM in the Dinning Room. Dinner is served paired with well chosen local and imported wines and include fresh bread or homemade rolls and a tossed salad. Dress casual.

DESSERTS Desserts at Highland Ranch feature our own home-grown fruit whenever possible including several varieties of apples and pears, red and green plums, peaches, nectarines, apricots, figs, quince and more. We delight in preparing cakes and other favorite desserts and in serving a glass of champagne to toast special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc. Let us know as you book your stay with us. Ranch Lunch 1:00 to 1:30 PM

At lunch we always have a homemade soup with homemade bread and a fresh salad to complement the entrees. Wine, fresh squeezed lemonade and ice water are available at lunch and homemade cookies, like chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodles, ginger snaps and fresh fruit complete the meal. Parents of small children may request a childrens' menu as they book their stay with us.

Red bean and steak chile with corn bread with all the fixings; Gourmet macaroni and cheese with three cheeses; White bean and sage soup with spanikopita, greek salad and homemade pita bread; Light cream of spinach soup with chicken pot pie, romaine salad and peanut butter cookies; Squash and ginger soup with a variety of quiches; Gourmet pizzas and lentil soup with ceasar salad.

Ranch Breakfast 8:00 to 9:30 AM

Our celebrated country ranch breakfast is a relaxed affair so folks can take full advantage of our comfortable cabins, the quiet of nightime in the country and the fresh mountain air that's perfect for a good night's sleep. You breakfast is "made to order" and ready when you are and features:

Freshly ground coffee and an assortment of black and herb teas; Fresh fruit salad; Fresh-squeezed orange juice; Famous Highland Ranch buttermilk waffles and pancakes with Wisconsin maple syrup; Farm-fresh eggs made to order and country bacon; Ranch home fries; Assortment of toasting breads and homemade jams; Cold and hot cereals;

The Anderson Valley is home to some of the world's best wineries and is especially known for American Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varieties. In addition, the highly regarded Roederer sparkling wines are produced here in the valley. Tours of most wineries can be arranged and private tasting for larger groups at Highland Ranch can also be arranged with advanced notice.
