Dinner is served at 7:00pm with only one seating. Typically one main entree sometimes two with
meat, vegetable, salad and bread. Served buffet style. Examples include grill chilpolte shrimp and marinated honey-mustard pork tenderloin, Italian buffet, Mexican buffet, BBQ chicken and ribs, steak on the grill, chicken cordon blue, stuffed porkchops, etc. Saturday is our signature Indian Oven dinner (roast beef, potatoes, onion, carrots, bread & apple cake all cooked in an outdoor indian over. Thursday is generally steak night. We can accommodate special dietary needs with advance dinner.
STARTER
Appetizers vary each night for cocktail hour. Examples include jalopeno poppers, quesdillas, mini tostados, deviled eggs, shimp cocktail, breaded zuchinni and cheese sticks, cheese platter with apples and crackers., etc.

LIQUOR
Full bar operated on an honor system with a wide selection of liquor and cordials. Varied assortment of beer, bottles and cans, house Margaritas and house wine by the glass.
Lunch is served buffet style with an assorted salad bar, sandwich platter and a special entree such as ceasar salad with grilled chicken breast and french dip sandwich, or cheese enchiladas and taco salad, or meatloaf and gravey with mashed potatos and green beans, fish and chips, to name a few. Wednesday is a cookout with hamburgers & hotdogs, macaroni salad, baked beans and homemade brownies. Homemade cookies for desert.
Breakfast buffet opens at 7:30am with fresh fruit, juices, hot ceral and pastries. The cooked to order breakfast begins at 8:00am. You may order eggs any style, pancakes, french toast, bacon and sausage. Daily breakfast specials include: Huevos Rancheros, Eggs Benedict, Oatmeal Pancakes, and Waffles, etc. Breakfast rides in the desert take place on Saturday and Tuesday and offer scrambled eggs, bacon and the best blueberry pancakes you ever tasted
