From buffets or cookouts at the lodge, or packed lunches in the saddle bags for the trail, our guests are never disappointed! A variety of fresh salads, soups, hot main entrées, and homemade desserts are always offered. For the all day excursions, expect over the top ingredients for a build your own sandwich paired with chips, juice or soda, fruit and a sweet dessert surprise!
Hearty, made to order breakfasts featuring specialty coffees and teas, made from scratch pancakes, eggs any-way, bacon, sausage or ham and special regional delights such as "huevos rancheros." Fresh juice, cereal, muffins, bagels, fruit and yogurt offer a lighter, healthier start as well.
Variety of Red (Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Malbec) and White wines (Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Torrontes) to be paired with all meals. Private ranch label wines available.
