The four-course dinner offers a variety of delectable options. Appetizers include the acclaimed Pan Seared Lump Crab Cake with avocado-corn salad and sweet chile aioli, Tequila Shrimp with avacado relish and Crab Gazpacho. Then choose from several soup and salad options followed by a wide array of entrees ranging from filet mignon, elk and lamb to salmon and pasta. All entrees are served with a choice of accompaniments such as Campfire Vidalia Onion, Mac n' Cheese, Roasted Creamed Corn, Scalloped Potatoes, and Sautéed Asparagus.
Evening meals are served in two seatings. From 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., dinner is a casual experience for families with young children, while the after-7 p.m. seatings provide a more intimate atmosphere for adults.

Ranging from soups and salads to entrees and heartier fare, Hidden Meadow Ranch offers signature items such as Hidden Meadow Buffalo Burger, Spicy New York Steak Salad, and Hazelnut-Breaded Salmon. Rich desserts include Bread Pudding, Fresh Baked Cookies, and Ranch-Style Strawberry Shortcake.
A variety of menu options are available to guests from light and healthy to hot and homemade. Start with a buffet of fresh baked muffins, danish pastries, and fresh fruit and cereals. In addition, enjoy eggs and omelets to order, griddled french toast, and yogurt and granola parfait, as well as grandpa's oatmeal to order with oven-fired pecans and brown sugar and a chef's special of the day. All breakfast items include a choice of bacon, sausage, potatoes, and toast.
