All dinners served family-style. Main entrees include steaks cooked on the grill and twice-baked potatoes; lasagna florentine with a white sauce or spaghetti and meatballs with a marinara sauce; barbeque beef brisket with baked potatoes; barbeque ribs and lemon chicken, pork chops with cattle king potatoes, and a down-home Thanksgiving dinner.

Saturday night is a special treat as we finish the week with our Country Candlelight dinner. This meal is served per plate with an option of elk tenderloin, chicken cordon bleu or chicken tenders and tator tots for our little buckaroos. Rice pilaf, a baked tomatoe, stuffed mushroom, aspargus, french bread with honey butter complete this meal. This is your opportunity to spruce up as we present awards for the week.
STARTER Appetizers are served each day one hour before dinner. Try our famous pizza dip and crackers, cowboy queso with tortilla chips, beef and cheese with crackers, bacon and cheese boat in a shepherd's bread, and hot artichoke dip. Saturday's special treat offers an opportunity to try the famous Rocky Mountain oysters.

LIQUOR BYOB

The ranch has a small bar area in the main lodge with refrigerator, bar glasses and ice. Lemons, limes, tonic water, club soda are provided. This community refrigerator is for all to use. We will happily pick up anything that you might like when we do our "town run" on Monday morning.
Two lunches are served at the ranch buffet style. Enjoy a Mexican fiesta with all the fixin's or a sandwich bar. Other lunches are served up on the trail, on the river or high on the mountain top.
Enjoy a hearty, home-cooked breakfast. Brandied french toast with smoked bacon; eggs benedict and a very berry pancake puff; buttermilk, blueberry or chocolate chip pancakes with sausage, brunch cookout with eggs scrambled, ham, lemon bread and Potatoes O'Murphy, biscuits with sausage gravy. And always a different fruit platter, cereals, juices and breads.
The ranch does not have a liquor license, but you are welcome to bring your own.

We are allowed to offer wine with our Saturday candlelight dinner with a maximum two glasses per adult.
