LODGING
Guest accommodations consist of three turn-of-the-century, newly renovated cedar-shake mini lodges. Rooms share a common breezeway porch. Each has its own entrance with numerous rockers on each porch. All rooms have private baths, daily maid service and nightly turn downs. A secluded family cottage is also available throughout the summer.
RECREATION
Fly Fishing on our 7 miles of Goose Creek, Rio Grande, and private High Alpine Lakes. We offer Fly fishing instruction and guided trips, Horseback riding, hiking, heated pool, sauna, natural hot springs, rafting, 13 station sporting clays course, outdoor cookouts and horse drawn surrey and hayrides.
FOR CHILDREN
Our Children's Program is for kids 5 and older. Exciting ranch adventures such as horseback riding, hiking, fishing and exploring the historical area keep the young ones active and happy all week. Teens also enjoy special events just for them. Fly fishing, rafting, mountain biking and all day hikes are favorites.
FOOD/LIQUOR
Gourmet meals that include; Rack of Lamb, Ahi Tuna, Halibut, Fillet,and various wild game. The weekly Breakfast Ride cookout features biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs with ham, baked apples and cowboy coffee. Once a week the ranch features a high noon Fish Fry along Goose Creek, a poolside Mexican Fiesta and a mountainside wine and cheese party. The 4UR also has a wonderful list of wines and a quaint and charming full service bar.

REGION/CUSTOMS
The 4UR is a wonderful family getaway for the avid or beginning fly fisherman. We're very comfortable with 50 guests weekly. Our season begins in June and ends in October, with July and August being busy with families. Mostly adults join us in September.
HISTORY/HOSTS
The 4UR has been entertaining guests since the early 1900s when General William Palmer founded the Wagon Wheel Gap Hot Springs Resort. The Hot Springs here have long made our location a popular one, first with the Indians and then with our guests. The springs were considered a relief for many health problems and we still enjoy these springs today. The ranch is managed by Aaron and Robin Christensen and owned by the Leavell Family.
ITINERARY
SPECIAL WEEKLY EVENTS Sunday- Mountaninside wine and cheese party
Monday- Ranch Hosted cocktail party and horse drawn surrey rides, followed by a splendid prime rib dinner.
Tuesday- Breakfast Ride Cookout as well as an evening Hayride and Children's Outdoor Cookout. This is also a perfect evening to attend the Creede Repatory Theater in the Historical Mining Town of Creede
Wednesday- Poolside Mexican Buffet and Fiesta, after dinner family movie. Our licensed massge therapist is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Friday- Children ride our vintage fire truck to the Creekside Fish Fry. The 4UR traditional candle blowing contest winds down the week.
