| LODGING |

| Very comfortable 1 to 3 bedroom rustic log cabins from the 1930's & 40's, private bath with a shower, front porch overlooking our lake & mountains, and most with stone fireplace. Cabins sleep from 2 to 8 offering King, Queen, and Twin beds. Cabins are located at the edge of the lake or nestled among the aspens and pines. Our ranch uses hydro and solar power to support our propane generator. |

| Summer: Extensive horseback riding daily on mountain trails for all skill levels. We try not to ride nose to tail. Rides for all levels of ability with slow to fast rides. Typcially 2 rides per day, 5 days per week, with a breakfast, dinner, and an all day ride offered. Superb fishing in our private lake stocked with beautiful rainbow trout; rowboats, paddle boats, and kayaks available; lake swimming at the ranch or white water rafting and scenic float trips for the entire family on the Colorado River, occasional cattle drives, horseshoes, volleyball, hiking, western dancing, and target shooting, with hot water springs and golf nearby. Winter: excellent snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, and ice skating. |

Children's program for ages 4 to 12 with trail riding for 6 and up. Kid's Counselor to supervise riding, nature hikes, fishing, games, meals, etc. Evening cookout or bonfires complete with roasted hot dogs, marshmallows, and plenty of ghost stories! Most lunches and dinners eaten seperately from adults. Babysitting available with prior notice. A family ride is typically held once per week. Teens will have own program or ride with adults depending on numbers.

| Meals are served either in the lodge dining room or cooked outdoors in one of our cookout locations. Healthy, hearty, home-cooked meals served three times daily. Vegetarians easily accommodated with advance notice. No alcohol served - BYOB. |

Coulter Lake Guest Ranch offers year round fun and relaxation. Summer packages of 3 or 6 nights are available Memorial - Labor Day. There are no minimum stays between Sept-May with overnight stays welcome. Bring your own horse, ATV, or snowmobile and explore on your own or with a guide. Winter guests must snowmobile the last two miles to the ranch creating a unique and beautiful experience! This is an incredible area regardless of the season! |

| Coulter Lake was first homesteaded in 1897. The ranch then became a hunting camp before slowly evolving into a guest ranch in 1934. Lake was created in 1908! Coulter Lake is one of Colorado's oldest continously operated guest ranches. Jack & Pam Allard are only the 7th owners of the ranch and are joined by Tim & Sue Weller as the ranch managers. |

| ITINERARY |

Breakfast is at your leisure between 7:30am and 9:00am with hot, fresh coffee always available. Morning trail rides begin at 9:30am and return in time for lunch which is served by 12:30pm. Our afternoon trail rides begin at 2:00pm returning by 5:00pm. Dinners are served by 7:00pm with time to relax or enjoy the evening activities afterwards.
Off site activities offered for an additional fee include white water rafting or float trip on the Colorado River, golfing on the 18 hole Rifle Golf Course, a day at the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, a soak in the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool, shopping, or visits to local wineries.
