| LODGING |
| We have 8 cabins and 6 lodge rooms, each with private bath, daily housekeeping and amenities. The cabins each have private hot tubs, wood burning stoves and hardwood floors. The rooms in the lodge feature king size beds. All accomodations are non-smoking. |
| RECREATION |
| Horseback riding is the main summer activity on the ranch. Every week we offer trail rides, horsemanship classes, and cattle working. When you want a break from the horses, there is guided hiking and fly fishing available. The week's evening activities include a cookout hayride, barn dance, roping demonstration, dinner show, rodeo (mid-summer only), and camp fire. Winter activities include cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and sleigh ride. The downhill ski resort in Steamboat Springs is 18 miles away, close enough ski all day and return to the ranch in the evening. |
| FOR CHILDREN |
| In the summer, the Home Ranch features a comprehensive and flexible children's program with activities geared to group size and ages. Barn animals, crafts, games, swimming nature walks, scavenger hunts and fishing are just a few of the activities available for the younger ones. There is an early children's dinner offered four days a week with supervision available while the adults enjoy a later dinner. Note: only children 6 and over are eligible to come to the ranch. |
| FOOD/LIQUOR |
| The Home Ranch is famous for its exquisite food. Our meals are served family style at long tables. The ranch becomes a community and you will make new friends. Clyde, our chef has been with the ranch for 15 years. He has been written up in magazines such as Bon Appetite, Food and Wine and Gourmet Magazine. The ranch does have a liquor license and now offers a selection of fine wines and cold beer to complement your meal. |

| HISTORY/HOSTS |
| The ranch opened its doors in 1980, a dream of Ken Jones and the Stranahan family. Johnny Fisher, a lifelong dude rancher, joined the ranch as manager in 2003. Over the years the ranch has evolved into a world class facility with deluxe accomodations and gourmet food. |
| ITINERARY |
| At the Home Ranch the weekly itinerary is very much up to the guest. We offer riding, hiking and fishing every day of the week, both morning and afternoon. The children's program is also available every day. |
