| HISTORY/HOSTS |

| WTR was built from timbers harvested and milled on the ranch and opened July 1st, 1950. Gene & Jan Roberts bought the ranch in 1970. We are now in our second generation of ranch management and look forward to welcoming you to our ranch family. |

| ITINERARY |

| Horseback riding morning and afternoon daily- all day rides. We also offer daily trips- scenic drives, fly fishing, rafting, Mesa Verde National Park, pool and hot tub, hiking/trekking, sailing and water skiing. Nightly activities include hayrides, dance lessons, campfire sing-a-longs, and western dances. |
