| LODGING |
| We have 15 cabins that have true rustic elegance, decorated with wonderful western charm. Each have private baths, daily housekeeping, rocking chairs on the porches and most of the cabins have fireplaces. All cabins are very comfortable and are non-smoking. |
| RECREATION |
| Horseback riding is the main summer activity on the ranch. Your family will go on daily rides into the Rocky Mountain Park, across the Roosevelt National Forest and throughout surrounding private properties. We also offer lunch rides and a beautiful wrangler breakfast ride to watch the world's largest pancake being flipped. We also offer whitewater rafting, golfing, hiking, a climbing wall, square dancing, a hoot-te-nanny, and lots of relaxing in our hammocks. We have a heated pool and a wonderful hot tub to rest in after a long horse ride. We have a recreation hall filled with games for kids and adults alike. Fun can be had by all! |

| FOR CHILDREN |
| We have one of the best kid's program in the business. We have an A+ staff of college age counselors that are outstanding. We have found that 3 seperate kids' programs are the best way to ensure that your children are having a blast. These programs are divided into a kid's program for kids 0 - 10, a Jr. High program for teens ages 11 - 13, and a High School program for young adults ages 14 - 17. They will meet daily from 9:30am until 12:30pm. These programs are very well planned and facilitated. The younger kids' will enjoy a program with daily themes (like Cowboy Day, Mountain Man Day, Carnival Day, Rodeo Day, etc.) and each of them will be very creative. The counselors, like I mentioned before, are outstanding and are the kind of young adults that you want your kids to hang out with and look up to. We also offer a nursery and babysitting during activities that the little ones may not be old enough to participate in yet (like rafting, hiking, and horseback riding). Some of the afternoons, the older children (pre-teens,teens) will head to town for go-carts, putt-putt golf, and ice cream or will go on special guided hikes. This is a homerun program and all of your kids, no matter the age, will have a blast. |

| FOOD/LIQUOR |
| You will be blessed daily with a variety of outstanding meals. Think of it this way, you will not have to prepare any food or decide where to eat or what to eat. We offer a creative menu with different choices at each meal. We do accommodate special requests for food allergies and for vegetarians. Our food is fantastic and the kid's love what we offer (if they want something different than the meal served, we will gladly accommodate their request). You will love the food and the service. |
| BUSINESS/MEETINGS |
| September starts our conference season. We have a couple's getaway and a women's retreat. This is a beautiful time of year with the aspen trees painted golden and the elk buggling around the property. These getways are all very affordable. We do accommodate coorperate and church group meetings as well. Please contact us for special rates. |

| REGION/CUSTOMS |
| This 110 acre ranch is nicely situated in the beautiful Tahosa Valley, a verdant valley that is nestled between Twin Sisters Mountain and Longs Peak Mountain. Longs Peak is 14,256 feet above sea level and is the tallest mountain in the Rocky Mountain National Park. The ranch is blessed to have it as our front yard. Wind River Ranch is located only 7 miles south of beautiful and quaint Estes Park. This has always been the gateway to the Rocky Mountains and more than 3.2 million people visit the Rocky Mountain National Park each year. Some of our wonderfully renovated cabins were moved over from Stead's Guest Ranch (which used to be found in the RMNP) and are now wonderfully preserved here. These cabins still offer guests a beautiful spot to call home for a week. The area has an elk population of over 5,000 and is abundant with other wildlife that can easily be observed. The ranch ideally located for a true mountaintop experience! |
| HISTORY/HOSTS |
| This ranch is rich with history. The ranch was started in the 1880's and our barn dates back to 1889. Wind River Ranch was first a guest ranch in the 1930's and has had only 5 owners in its history. The ranch has been a Christian Guest Ranch since 1997. Wind River Ranch is operated by a 501 (c) (3) non-profit ministry. The ministry wants to provide a place that has an awesome facility, an incredible program and a wonderful staff that allows for our guest to be able to come and enjoy a vacation. Our goal is for the guests to come rest, relax and renew...and have a great time doing so! We also bring in a variety of wonderful Christian speakers for the guest to enjoy each week if they so choose. We will save the rest of the history for when you all are out here on vacation. |
| ITINERARY |
We provide an active schedule for everyone to participate in. Please keep in mind that all activities are optional, so you can be as busy or as laid back as you want to be. If you want to sit on the porch and read or nap in our hammocks, feel free to do so. The kids will have a program daily between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm. Our staff is outstanding and they will help accommodate your needs and truly bless your family while on vacation.
